Ivan Kirin is a very young chef with broad interests, who have already achieved significant success with his work for BlackSeaRama Golf&Villas in Balchik. He is a member of the Bulgarian Association of the Professional Chefs and as he says he is constantly seeking for his unrepeated style, likes to improvize and cobine products, tastes and colours with the pure aim to achieve incredible balance. His guiding principle is that a man should know a little bit of everything to establish a solid basis to work with every component in the menu from the meat to the pastry.
