If you have a passion for real french food then join us in September to celebrate the unique Flavours of France at BlackSeaRama Clubhouse Bistro.
A very special menu, created by Head Chef Ivan Kirin, features a variety of delicious French dishes and there is sure to be something to suit everyone's tastes. Our culinary team will prepare for you the fabulous starters Salade Provençale, Asperges sauce mousseline and Potage de crème de chou-fleur.
For main course our selection is Boeuf Bourguignon, Vol-au-vent au poulet et champignons and Truite au beurre de piment d’Espelette
France is known for its delectable foods, and dessert is no exception. How about trying the sophisticated French desserts Flan pâtissier, Crêpe Suzette and Charlotte à la vanille?
For a true French-style experience enjoy one of the three course menus with a glass of BlackSeaRama Sauvignon Blanc & Traminer 2013 white wine or Uniqato Melnik & Ruen 2010 red wine.
