Chefs Tour August – Fusion and Italian

The summer culinary fiesta at BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas goes on! On August 9 and 10, Tsvetomir Nikolov, Head Chef of Niko'las 0/360 in Sofia, will present the food diversity of the Balkans complemented with Asian flavours. On Aug. 16-17, Chef Cristian Grasso from Manzo restaurant in Sofia will show you that the charm of Italian cuisine is not only in the traditions but also in their contemporary interpretation, not only in pasta and pizza but also in his mouth-watering beef dishes.
