We have the pleasure to invite you to experience the richness and beauty of the red wines of Zornitza Family Estate Relais & Châteaux: every Saturday at 6 p.m. in the lobby bar of Boutique Hotel. Made from hand-picked grapes from local and international varieties, the wines tell the story of the Melnik terroir and share the secrets of craftsmanship and traditions in wine-making. You can taste a selection of three or five wines paired with bites. Upon request we can also organize a tasting for a group on any day of the week.
