Friends of BlackSeaRama Malt & Hops Oktoberfest

54 golfers, the major part club members, took part in the final tournament of the Friends of BlackSeaRama League. The participants teed-off in the windy and rainy morning of Saturday, October 20th. Fortunately, the weather conditions have changed by the noon, and the golfers enjoyed the 18 Hole tournament round. Celebrating the Oktoberfest, at the halfway tent the participants had the chance to taste the Singleton Single Malt Scotch Whisky and premium beer Pilsner Urquell, both generously supported by Avendi.

Playing in two DIVISIONS, the golfers have demonstrated excellent results.

In Division B, with a better score on the back nines and 40 points, Soy Eun Kim from the Republic of Korea won the third place. The gentlemen fight for the first place between Alin Stanciu and Ivaylo Nenkov, both with 41 points, ended with a victory for Ivaylo, who has played better the back nines.

In Division A, Nikolae Kovacs remained on the third place with 38 points. Second place for Gelu Matei with 39 points. The winner of the low-handicappers became Ciprian Zavlovschi with 42 points.

Traditionally, each year there is an overall winner of the Friends of BlackSearama League. This year, the grand prize 2019 BlackSearama Annual Membership was won by Alin Stanciu with a total of 112 points.
With 109 points Nikolae Kovacs remained second and won a special prize – weekend for two at BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas. The youngest golfer, the 11 years old Leopold Kostilev climbed to the 3rd place with 108 points and won a golf club.
