Culinary moments: The World Atlas Taste Explorers

For the 2016 season the Head Chef of BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas, Ivan Kirin, has prepared an irresistible culinary puzzle for you. Every month you’ll have the opportunity to savour the tastes of a different continent and to send your senses on an unforgettable gastronomic journey.
We give you some of the highlights of the season and the menu directions. But the only way to solve the puzzle is to visit the Club Bistro and enjoy a 3-course menu with a glass of wine for 18 €.
March will be governed by the motto “World Atlas – Culinary Conquistadors” and will look at the similarities and differences between dishes like Osso Buco, Duck Confit and Wiener Schnitzel.

April will take you to North America and treat you to Mexican Chickpea Soup, Saffron Turkey Breast and Oranges Salad....

May will seduce you with the flavours of Africa – Berber Warm Vegetable Salad, Chickpea and Aubergine Tagine.....

In June we are straight off to Asia – and to distinctly aquatic overtones. Prawns with Fresh Mango, Mussels in a Thai Broth with chillies and coconut, Pan-Fried Cod with vegetables. 

Things are hotting up – not just on the thermometer, but also on the July South American menu. 

August will take us on a Mediterranean cruise – just the thing for healthy food lovers.

September is a good time for a long journey – try Australia and its Cream of Pumpkin Soup, Kangaroo and Vegetables Stew, Beef Burger… and more.

In October we’ll be back to good old Europe for the end of the season.

When you are done with the last 18 holes for this year, you will no doubt be ready for some Patatas Bravas, Seafood and Rabbit Paella, Boeuf Stroganoff, and an Apple Strudel for dessert.
