20 Bulgarian Top Chefs

The chef of BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas Ivan Kirin is one of the characters featured in the book "20 Bulgarian Top Chefs" by the photographer Ilian Iliev. The book came out first in English a year ago, and is now available on the Bulgarian market. The idea of ​​the author is to let 20 of the most famous Bulgarian chefs present their creative modern reading of traditional national dishes and products. Among Chef Kirin’s recipes are Black Sea Bass and mussels with chili and vegetables from the garden of BlackSeaRama, Cucumber marinated in gin and tonic with mint and lemon sorbet, and others.
