New menu at the bistro

The winter break is usually a time when the culinary team of BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas tailors new recipes for the restaurants in the resort. From March 1 at your disposal is the new menu of the Clubhouse bistro, in which tempting new proposals have been added to some signature dishes.
To awake some summer vibes and to disclose the richness of flavors we’ll be offering this season, in March we recommend the following four dishes:
Guacamole with marinated Black Sea mussels
Eggplant and tomato terrine with tuna
Chicken variation
Raspberries, ganache, white chocolate, coconut
