Welcome back to Boutique restaurant!

We are pleased to share that Boutique restaurant has opened for the 2025 season with a new team and an exquisite menu. At the head of the kitchen in the restaurant is one of the established names on the Bulgarian culinary scene – Velin Velikov, known from signature places in Varna and Sofia, as well as from the first Relais & Chateaux restaurant in Bulgaria – aEstivum at Zornitza Family Estate. The menu is simple, delicious and elegant – with Black Sea delicacies, fresh products from the region and techniques from all over the world.
Boutique restaurant is open for dinner from Thursday to Sunday with prior reservation.
